1. Reservations, limitations and liability
The Government of Aragon, as well as the company managing this platform, are exempt from any responsibility in the event of any error in the data provided by the promoters of fairs and/or their exhibitors on this platform.
The Government of Aragon, as well as the company managing this platform, reserve the right to exclude, without prior notice, all those persons and all those fairs that make fraudulent use and contrary to good faith or if there is suspicion of improper manipulation of the data.
The Government of Aragon, as well as the company managing this platform, reserve the right to take legal action against those promoters of fairs, exhibitors, establishments and/or persons who carry out any type of act that may be considered manipulation or falsification of this action of revitalization or commercial promotion.
The Government of Aragon, as well as the company managing this platform, exempt any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the products promoted and/or offered through which the promoters of fairs, exhibitors or establishments attached to participate in the promotion action, as well as to the fraud or poor utility that the users may have attributed to them.
The Government of Aragon emphasizes that this platform is for the promotional use of Aragon's trade fairs and is not intended for transactions. Therefore, no payments should be made through the platform. Should any payment be made—for example, but not limited to, a fee for visiting the promoted fairs, a fee for exhibiting at one of the promoted fairs, or a fee for purchasing products or services from participating exhibitors or establishments—the Government of Aragon is not responsible for such payments. These payments must always be made directly between the parties involved.
The Government of Aragon, as well as the company managing this platform, are not responsible for any incident, accident, injury, or any other circumstance that may occur to users while browsing this platform. Likewise, they do not assume any expenses or amounts incurred due to travel, accommodation, or any other reason. They are also not responsible for interruptions, disconnections, failures, errors, or overload on the Internet, on the website hosting the legal terms of the promotional campaign, software or hardware failures, bugs, hacker attacks, computer viruses, power outages or overloads, failures or overloads of the promoter's servers or internet providers (wireless or wired), alterations, maintenance, unauthorized interventions, fraud, technical failures, or serious natural phenomena (including, but not limited to, electrical storms, floods, fires, or earthquakes). Similarly, the Promoter assumes no responsibility for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the establishment at the time of registration. (ii) any incomplete, failed, garbled, erroneous, or disordered electronic transmission related to the promotion; (ii) any human error, technical failure, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations, or communication line failure, regardless of the cause, in connection with any equipment, system, network, line, satellite, server, provider, or computer used in any aspect of the operation of the contest; (iii) inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or any subsequent combination thereof; (iv) any damage or injury to the user's or any other person's computer, or to any mobile device, that may be related to, or result from, any attempt to participate in the promotional promotion or to download materials related to it.
2.- Legal regime and competent jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other applicable regulations.
For any legal disputes that may arise between users and establishments, they submit to the jurisdiction of the civil courts and tribunals of Zaragoza.
